Your first consultation can take between 1 and 1 and a half hours. During this time you will be asked a variety of questions about your general health, your lifestyle including sleep patterns and how you cope with stress.

At the end of this consulation, a remedy will be selected that most closely matches your symptoms.

Further consultations of approximately 30-45 minutes duration will give you the opportunity to discuss your response to treatment and enable us to work through your treatment plan.
